Gary G. Kreep was a judge of the Superior Court of San Diego County in California. He assumed office in 2013. He left office in 2019. Gary received his undergraduate degree from the University of California-San Diego in 1972 and his J.D. from the University of San Diego in 1978. While working in private practice, Gary has served as chief executive officer and general counsel to the nonprofit United States Justice Foundation. From Dec. 16, 1975, until Jan. 6, 2013, he practiced law as a sole practitioner and as the head of a small law firm. In addition, from March 1979, until Jan. 6, 2013, he served as the chief legal counsel for a nonprofit legal organization. As a private attorney, Gary handled mainly family law, general civil litigation, appellate work and business law.
